Privacy Policy

All information that you provide to us, through the online registration form, sign-up forms, e-mail requests for further information, or through the provision of services to you, will be dealt with as provided for in this policy.

For the purposes of this policy, Personal Information means information about an identifiable individual that is recorded in any form, but does not include aggregated information that cannot be associated with a specific customer. Such information does not include that which is aggregated in such a manner that it cannot be connected to you and/or information which is publicly listed in a written or online directory or typically made available through directory assistance.

Strategic Element (SE) collects your Personal Information for the following purposes:

  • to provide service(s) and/or products to our customers and users;
  • to establish and maintain responsible commercial customers and to communicate with our customers in order to provide service. This includes, but is not limited to, communications relating to promotion, introductions, publication updates and account verification;
  • to respond to any correspondence you may direct to us;
  • to understand potential customers needs and preferences;
  • to meet legal and regulatory requirements; and
  • provide you with information about SE.

Unless required by law, SE shall not use or disclose Personal Information for any purpose other than those described above without first identifying and documenting the new purpose and obtaining your consent, where such consent may not reasonably be implied.

SE does not disclose your Personal Information to third parties, except it may disclose Personal Information to third party contractors and agents ("Affiliates") who are contracted by SE to assist it in providing and developing products and services, including a third party credit card processing company. Such Affiliates will only use your Personal Information for the purposes identified above.

Only SE's and Affiliate's employees with a business need to know, or whose duties reasonably so require, are granted access to Personal Information about customers. All such employees will be required as a condition of employment to contractually respect the confidentiality of Personal Information.

SE will protect Personal Information against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification. The nature of the safeguards will vary depending on the sensitivity of the information that has been collected, the amount, distribution and format of the information, and the method of storage. SE operates computer networks that are protected by industry standard firewalls and password protection. All credit card and financial information you provide us will be stored on PCI-compliant secure sites. Appropriate physical and managerial security is also in place, including but not limited to the execution by our employees of a confidentiality/non-disclosure agreement as a standard practice of our hiring and employment.
